Pickup Hours: Tuesday- Saturday 8:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.

Planning a pickup? Here’s what you need to know:

  • It’s necessary to schedule pickups 48 hours in advance in order for our staff to uncrate, inspect, and detail every piece – ensuring you receive your merchandise in the best possible condition.
  • Most items will not be able to be picked up in their original packaging, and there is limited access to packing material kept at the warehouse. So, we suggest bringing blankets (or other soft padding materials), tie-downs, and tarps to protect your merchandise.
  • While Paul Schatz staff can assist in loading, clients are ultimately responsible to ensure pickups are securely loaded and safe for transport. Paul Schatz Furniture is not liable for any issues resulting from unsafe loading.

Coming from the North, heading South on 1-5:
I-5 South toward Salem
Take Exit 286 (SW Elligsen Road I Boones Ferry Road)
Turn RIGHT at top of exit onto Boones Ferry Road (Go 0.1 mi.) Turn LEFT onto SW 95th Ave. (Go 0.2 mi.)
Turn LEFT onto SW Commerce Circle (Go 0.1 mi.) Turn RIGHT into warehouse complex
Warehouse is located directly behind Holiday Inn

Coming from the South, heading North on 1-5:
I-5 North toward Portland

Delivery

Paul Schatz Furniture gladly offers delivery service for your convenience.

Our delivery service is available within the Portland Metropolitan and Eugene areas for $89.00.

Our Service Manager will help you arrange a delivery date that works with your schedule. The day before your delivery, we’ll let you know which stop you are on the route and provide an expected three-hour window for your delivery. Due to the variables we encounter with each stop, we cannot promise an exact time for your delivery. However, our drivers will keep you informed if they are running behind and work swiftly with keen attention to detail ensuring your furniture arrives at your home safely and securely. We work hard to make every delivery process as seamless as possible.

Paul Schatz delivery drivers are easy to identify in uniform shirts or jackets bearing our company name.

All furniture is carefully inspected in detail before loading and padded for safety during delivery. Once our drivers have arrived at your residence, they will carry your furniture into your home and place it for you. If any concerns arise, our drivers will be happy to write a detailed service report at your home and a customer service representative will contact you within a few days.
